My reflection on week 2 of the MAPP course.

 My reflection for week 2 on the MAPP course;

The course is exciting but overwhelming at the same time. This week is half term for schools in my local area and I decided to take the opportunity to take leave from teaching to concentrate on the MAPP programme. I over-did it with the info and panic set in and thus culminating in a mini meltdown! I'm not afraid to mention this as it is apart of me and my learning journey. I am also thinking it has not helped living in a pandemic and being isolated most of the time.

Today I have been writing and breaking down my professional practice using spider diagrams (3 so far) I have never examined my work in depth before and it is surprising how much knowledge and experience I have. Reading and writing are things that I avoid unless of course it's a dance script but I know I am primarily a visual learner. My intention is to push forward and overcome the reading and writing weakness throughout the MAPP dance course.

 Here's to the small achievements that will lead to success!!! Whoop! whoop!
